Executing exploit...
This is because phone's modem part is damaged and it doesn't answer to Software's CMDs. At first, try to make Repair EFS and re-flash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area. After of writing of each firmware, check whether phone's IMEI is not null. If phone's IMEI is not null - try to perform Repair IMEI operation.

Modem part is damaged and it doesn't answer to Software's CMDs, also this can be security or HW problem; that's why phone's IMEI is null.

Yes, if this is not HW problem, it is necessary to repair EFS and modem part; so, make Repair EFS and re-flash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area. After of writing of each firmware, check whether phone's IMEI is not null. If phone's IMEI is not null - try to perform Repair IMEI operation.
