at the beggining it says this on com port 1, 16 and 18

Phone unlocking failed

the phone does have usb debugging option on, what am i doing wrong?

Hello.
Please do the next steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Close window.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Then post here software log of Read Info operation.

i followed those steps twice but the same error log appears

"USB Debugging" Mode is not turned on in your device. Please turn on "USB Debugging" Mode, read phone's info (press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software) and post here Software log with this info.

After the Software will successfully read info, select "Manual select" option in Software at "Main" tab and press 'Unlock" button, then post here full Software log.
