s4 i9505 no 3G data only 2G edge


hey!
i recieved Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9505
phone problem is that its data working only On 2G GPRS/Edge .
i tried to chage network WCDM mod , and all other mod
phone firmware version kitkat 4.4.2
i flash with 5.0 lolipop but still same problem no 3G
please what should i done next guide me

Please perform "Repair 3G/4G" operation, then check, whether phone obtains Network correctly.

Phone detects on device manager as ADB mod , when click on repair 3G /4G repair
Emergency mod .
Then stop ,

To configure GT-I9505 phone for connection you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Connect the phone directly to PC.
11. Press "Read Info" on "Main" tab of the Software.

When phone's info will be read fully and correctly from "Main" tab of the Software, perform "Repair 3G/4G" operation.
