Hi

I have S5 mini - IMEI is clean / not blacklisted

Handset says dialing but does not ring out.

Handset has been flashed by samsung smart switch and I have tried many sim cards..

Any Solution for this issue

Hello.

Try to make Factory Reset. Try to reflash the phone with different firmwares.

What is the status of IMEI Certi in *#0011# menu?

Can you upload some G800F 5.1.1 firmware on support
I flashed two handsets with the 4.4.2 and they were fine.

To connect GT-I9305 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "MODEM" value.
8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings".
9. Select "RNDIS+DM+MODEM".
10. Enter "*#9090#" number.
11. Select DM/DUM over HS-USB.
12. Press Home button.
13. Go to dial window.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

To connect SM-G800F phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put SM-G800F into Download Mode, You have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.

Please repeat "Write Firmware" operation with enabled "Advanced Mode" option and un-check "HIDDEN" partition in process.
