i have flashed wd root file thats available on octopus support
after the flash when i try to unlock so still im facing this error

Hello.
Try write root firmware "Root_Firmware_GT-S5280.oct" from the Support Area and repeat the operation again. Then post the result here.

Please read full flash using bat file inside (Read full GT-S5280.rar), then pack all files which will be read, upload them somewhere and post here link. We will research where can be the problem.

Please read full flash again, the first part file inside was not read out successfully - it has only 11 MB., but should be 500.

Look carefully inside: 1-st file "00000000.bin" has 11 553 280 bytes only.

Have You rooted the phone before to make Repair IMEI? Please perform all the actions from Software manual how to make Repair IMEI and then post full software log with all of them.
