s5660 doesnt support 2.0.8..why???

Hello.

What exactly You mean by "not support"? Please look carefully in models list on "Qualcomm" tab. Also, You can go to "Support & options" tab of the Software, manually input "GT-S5660", then press Select.
"Read Codes" and "Unlock" operations are supported for GT-S5660.

To connect GT-S5660 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#9090#" number.
7. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
8. Restart phone.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.

Please reflash the phone with any 2.3.6 firmware from the Support Area, then try to connect the phone again.

To connect the phone You have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#9090#" number.
7. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
8. Restart phone.
9. Connect the phone directly to PC.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.
