Its efs issue
In the efs file you will find "factory*" folder responsible for this error
Try reset ,repair or even write new efs will solve your problem

FİNAL SOLUTİON:
make backups before start

1. root phone (two level root method android 7 because data partititon)

root steps
a. flash twrp and ignore stuck boot until last zip flash
b. flash supersu zip
c. flash stock recovery
d. format phone from recovery
e. flash again twrp
f. flash again super su zip

2. install root explorer
3. Inside the /efs folder, delete everything EXCEPT the 'FactoryApp' and 'prov_data' folders.

4. write nv backup. (maybe not required delete before nv_data.bin files)

please add reset or repair efs button

Not necessary to flash stock recovery in step c just format from twrp
You could try the following solution try repair efs from model g925f will do the trick
By the way your problem is in 'Factory App' folder

flashing stock because stuck boot encryption iusse need format.
twrp cannot format data because cant mount before root.

but problem resloved without error.

one more qusestion. after repair and patch i want unroot and flash stock fw.. possible android 7 and 8. it works spd based j2 j3 unroot and clean possible for this s6 s7 s8 s9 like devices?
