S7262 white screen after root [Solved] - GSM-Forum

i got s7262 installed rom is "jvuanb1"
when i write given root file in support and try to inter recovery i got a white screen
and when i write another rom a wite screen will appear and mobile will not work (working fine Samsung sound will heard but screen still white)
so i cant root it and cant repair imei
i tried vroot and srsroot and all other root apps its just not working
any help pleas

Hello.

Re-flash the phone with the firmware from the Support Area and then root the phone as it is written in Software manual ("Help" button in Software).

S7262JVUAMI5_S7262OJVAMI4_S7262JVUAMI4_Android_4.1 .2.oct
S7262XXUAMI4_S7262ODDAMI4_S7262XXUAMI4.oct
but when finish flash i got "S7262 Logo" and after that screen get white
it fixed when flash with
DKR-S7262JVUANB2-20140401114124

do yo have some idea or pre rooted S7262JVUANB2 maybe ??

I have to change the imei of phone s7262.
First I do root, but after that the screen turns white,
I tried a lot of root programs but everytime I get the same white screen and nothing else.
What can I do?

It is necessary to find another root exploit, most likely, this root is not suitable to your phone's firmware. Currently we haven't got other root for this phone model. We will try to find other root exploit and, if we will find it, we will upload it into the Support Area.

me to downloaded root file from octoplus support after flash recovery white screen.

i find a new way for this problem. S7262XEUAMI6_OXEAMI4(split rom) and flashed cwm recovery 6.0 with odin 3.09 working now cwm.
