Write the firmware "GT-S7710_for_Unlock_and_Repair_IMEI" from the Support Area. 4. Reboot the phone. 5. Connect powered-on phone to BOX via Samsung Micro UART cable. 6. Enter correct IMEI. 7. Click "IMEI fix" button. 8. Follow Software instructions (prompts). 9. Write here full Software log. |

Or add in software information that in this phone model you need write special file from support before unlock, imei repair ?? When user select model this info will be good. Before start play with phone. I know instruction are in software you write but this need time sometimes not have this. After so long time that you add this model to supported informtion like need write to this phone special file lots users not remember when lots newer phone no need this. |

Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development. 3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 4. When message is appear press "Yes". 5. Go to dial window. 6. Enter "*#7284#" number. 7. Set "UART" radio button to "Modem" value. 7. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value. 8. Restart phone. 9.
