Hello.

Please download and install latest test software version 2.8.0.2 from the Support Area (Samsung/TEST SOFTWARE/).
To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

Then please repeat the Read codes operation again, post here results.

Read code was successful using the 2.8.0.3 Software version

My Next concern is the credit deduction i was deducted 100 credits but From what i read it should only take 50
