Samsung A157 Imei repairing not Working


Hello guys im new to this tool...

I have samsung a157 and its imei is 000000000000000 so i try to repair with octopus box but its not working it says error

PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENT AND GIVE ME SOLUTION WHAT IM DOING WRONG HERE.

This same thing happens to me as well. It was a brand new phone so I didn't try any actions except this one. Any ideas?

Currently we can't say to exactly You how to solve this problem. We need to have this device (with such issue) for researching the problem.
