There is still modem firmware from the Combination file. Re-flash the device with the latest regular (normal, not Combination) Samsung U4 firmware for this device and repeat "Read Codes" operation (without root via ADB).

You can write modem file "CP_A520FXXU4BRAH_CL593822_QB8801255_SIGNED.ta r .md5", which You have already.
