To connect SGH-A847 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Type *#782872#.
3. Press confirm button.
4. Type *#7465625# and leave appeared message on phone screen.
5. Connect USB cable and select Diagnostics COM port.
6. Press "Read Info" in software.
