Samsung C3350 repair imei error - GSM-Forum

The phone was in full working order before unlock with other tool. Now the imei is damaged and cannot restore it. Try to flash the phone with flash file from the support but no result.
The Octopus sofware just stops working at the "Repairing phone IMEI A ..."

Hello.
Most likely, some data were damaged in your device by another tool. Try to write different firmwares from the Support Area. After of writing of each firmware, try to perform "Unlock" and "Repair IMEI" operations.

There is only one firmware on support and I have try it already.

If I do full resset from the phone settings get an error "Master reset fail CSC is not configured".

Currently we have only this one firmware. We will look for another firmwares and upload them into the Support Area.

Please re-flash the phone again and try to make "Repair IMEI". Then post here full Software log with these actions.

Try to re-flash the phone with another firmware from the Suport Area, make "Repair IMEI" and post here the result.

Most likely, some data were damaged in your device by another tool... Try also to perform "Repair IMEI" operation via Samsung Micro UART cable, maybe this will help.
