Unfortunately we don't have Certificate files for SM-E500M at the moment.

back to the issue I see that version 1.9.9 of octopus got certificates Samsug box sm-e500m but aparesen n the download list

In 1.9.9 version of the Software we added support of Direct Unlock and Reset MSL operation for SM-E500M. Unfortunately we still don't have Certificate files for this model.
