samsung e500h network blocked imei cert fail. - GSM-Forum

Hey,
i tried to unlock sm-e500h, it unlocked but network is blocked and imei cert fail.. what to do,
i had backup, i also restore it but problem not solved with efs,security and qcn restore..

pls help what can do..
cert is not available till now.

2. check imei : /01
3. write backups

Hello.

As You can see, your phone has problem with IMEI Certificate. Try to find and write compatible Cert file (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f684...-list-1320364/).

KeyID of SM-E500H is 0056.

Try to find Certificate of SM-E500H and write it. Unfortunately we don't have Cert files of this model at the moment.

i searched a lot, didn't find cert of this model,
Doesn't the efs backup help in this case?

You phone is not accepting IMEI Certi. Unfortunately writing of EFS backup won't help to fix this problem.

it has gone two month, there is no certificate uploaded on support, when will u upload certificate sir? please do it as soon as possible.
