Samsung G313HN exclamation mark after rooting - GSM-Forum

A customer brought above Samsung phone for unlocking after rooting with root file from support, phone now hangs in Samsung screen with exclamation red mark. I have used all files in support no one could solve my problem please help customer on my neck

here is the screen shot

To connect SM-G313HN phone you have to perform the following steps:
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:45 AM > 1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:45 AM > 2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:45 AM > 3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:45 AM > 4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:45 AM > 5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:57 AM > Selected firmware file: G313HNDDU0ANH2_ROOT.oct
WARN : 8/3/2015 4:03:59 AM > Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
WARN : 8/3/2015 4:03:59 AM > To put SM-G313HN into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
WARN : 8/3/2015 4:03:59 AM > 1. Reconnect the battery.
WARN : 8/3/2015 4:03:59 AM > 2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
WARN : 8/3/2015 4:03:59 AM > 3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:59 AM > Found phone on
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:59 AM > Firmware write started.
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:03:59 AM > Writing KERNEL section...
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:04:03 AM > KERNEL section has been written successfully.
INFO : 8/3/2015 4:04:03 AM > Firmware writing successfully completed.

Try to make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode.
Try to reflash the phone with "g313hnxxu0anh3_g313hnoxx0anh2_phe_android_4.4 .2" firmware from the Support Area.

The fact is that the phone does not inter recovery mode and i have flashed with the firmware you mentioned above still hanging

We have uploaded "g313hnxxu0anl1_g313hnoxx0anh1_xeh_android_4.4 .2" firmware into the Support Area. Try to reflash the phone with this firmware and check whether phone powers on correctly, or enters Recovery Mode.
