Samsung SM-G950U no download mode problem - GSM-Forum

I have this strange problem with Samsung g950U
Here is the picture of the phone https://ibb.co/f7yX2y
No download mode, no recovery mode, combination key not working. I replace the battery, but the problem stay.
This is from Octoplus Samsung Info
Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM321
Selected model: SM-G950U
Phone was not found on the selected port!
Searching for USB diagnostic port...
Connecting to phone on COM321
Mode: Emergency
Performed by 2.6.9 Software version.
In device manager detect like SAMSUNG Mobile USB CDC Composite Device, in Octoplus like Samsung Mobile USB Modem

I bump to the same situation on a Galaxy S7 edge and i replace the motherboard. You might do JTAG situation if am not mistaken.
