I guess your Baseband is also UNKNOWN. its a baseband chip problem. Try diffrent tools to repair baseband and imei. if not..then its a hardware problem.

Please make "Read info" at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software and post here full Software log with phone's info, we will look and try to advise You what to do the next.
