Probably You have written full Combination firmware instead of writing only boot image from it. Please read attentively Software manual on how to reset FRP using Combination firmware.

hi, if you used the combination binary 4 for g950f you can not write a binary 3 firmware anymore but you have to write a binary 4 firmware.

When you open the octopus software by clicking the help item on the part of the selected model ie g950f and then clicking the item 5. Reset FRP / Reactivation Lock, you will see two methods for frp reset there are two methods to reset the frp I copied from octopus software.

Method 1. Via ADB (Combination)
Enable ADB by writing boot.img
Click "Reset FRP" button.
Connect the phone to PC via cable.
Follow software instructions (prompts).

Second method to Enable ADB:

Write full combination firmware.
Enable ADB from settings
Write stock firmware without "recovery.img", "cache.img", and "userdata" partitions.

If you have not tried the second method to reset the frp try to use it, make the flash of the octopus software combination reset frp via adb, once the frp is reset via adb make a factory reset of the phone, start it with the active combination selects from developer options and then activates the item oem unlock and you make another factory reset done this you write the stock firmware in 4 with octopus software file ap, bl, cp, and csc_home, do not use csc but use the csc_home once loaded every single file select the entry ap in advance mode and deselect these partitions "recovery.img", "cache.img", and "userdata" partitions and flash the firmware and see if the frp is reset.

in case this operation is not successful if you want you can use this method immediately without using box and combination below I leave the links where you find the video and instructions
