Samsung GT-E1150I Unlock failed! - GSM-Forum

Hello im trying to unlock a samsung gt-e1150i phone and I connect the phone to the UART SAM E210 cable and conect it to the box , instert battery and the program recongized the phone but it will not unlock , it says the following process:

Plataforma: Samsung Swift
Modelo seleccionado: GT-E1150I
Puerto seleccionado: COM14
Baud rate: 115200
Please, connect phone to UART cable, insert battery and press power button for 3 seconds.

Hello.

Please install the latest Software version and try to perform "Read Codes"/"Unlock" operation again.
Post here result and full Software log of performed operations.

Try to hold power button during the whole process. Also, please check whether phone battery is fully charged.
