hard rest *rflash..cert but not change

To connect GT-I9500 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Hello.

Try to do exactly the next:
1. Make Repair EFS.
2. Re-flash the phone.
3. Make Repair IMEI (write service IMEI from the Software list, not any IMEI), or write a Cert file.
4. Re-flash the phone again.
5. Re-start the phone, search and select network manually.

Post here full Software log with all of your actions.
