I flashed phone with firmware modem from Combo : COMBINATION_VZW_FA60_G930AUCUAASF1 - only modem

Then phone ask unlock netowrk code , put 00000000 then network unlock code : NET LOCK: 06290303 and phone accepted both code .

Then flash correct modem from firmware - phone work corectly.
