Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 2.4.9

To connect SM-N910G phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Restart phone.
11. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

Your phone has firmware with new type of Security. In firmwares for Qualcomm-based phones, released after 01.10.2015 ability to Unlock such devices by supported method was disabled by Samsung (Security hole was closed).
To unlock this phone You can try to downgrade firmware version (write older, by release date, firmware) or write only older modem and then repeat "Unlock" operation.

Note: downgrading of phone firmware can damage your device. You can try to do this only on your own risk.
