Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put GT-S5260 into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:

What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decide to reflash it?
Try to reflash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area.

Try to make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition. If problem will remain - write different firmwares one by one.
If problem will remain the same after writing of all fimwares, which You have - check phone's HW. Most likely this is HW problem.

No sir this is not hw problem before flashing some time phone work proper and after few times it restart on logo then I flash with octopus and it's stuck on logo
