Hello.
You need to re-flash the phone with the firmware that can rebuild phone's FS. Currently we have no such firmware. If we will find it, we will upload this firmware to the support area and contact You. We can give You firmware for test and your can try to write it for your own risk.

phone was user lock...
You should know, that the user code is in phone's FS, so to reset this code You need to re-flash the phone with the firmware from the support area that can rebuild phone's FS. Such firmwares have name "*_with_FS_rebuild", for example, You can see such firmware for SCH-W420 ("SCH-W420_DL21_with_FS_rebuild") and for many other models. But You have written firmware "SPH-W9000_DD13" without FS rebuild. So at first if You are not sure in your actions, please ask question here and only then try to do something!
We have uploaded firmware "SCH-W900_DH28_with_FS_rebuild" for SCH-W900, it will be available on the support area in 1 hour. Please download this firmware, select SCH-W900 model in software and try to write this firmware.

Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, put the phone into Download/Emergency Mode and try to re-flash it.
