Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.4.1

Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a PC.
To put GT-S7392 phone into download mode you have to perform the following steps:

Hello.
Yes, we know about this problem and work on solution. Try to write the same IMEIs as were in the phone before (native IMEIs from the phone's back label)
