Hello.

What exactly You mean by "not unlock"? Please explain the problem in more details.

Also, please install latest Software version, remove SD and SIM cards from the phone, then repeat "Unlock" operation. Check whether phone obtains previously unsupported SIM cards.
Post here result and full Software log of performed operation.

Please make Factory Reset and reflash the phone. Repeat "Unlock" operation after writing of a firmware.
Post here result and full Software logs of performed operations.

To connect SC-05G phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.

If you cannot Unlock or Reset MSL on a Qualcomm phone, you need to check phone's firmware release date.
If firmware was released after 01.10.2015, then you can try to downgrade phone?s firmware (write older, by release date, version of firmware).
