Samsung SGH-A847m not reading codes


I have a Samsung SGH-A847m here not reading codes. I just updated my Octoplus Shell and Samsung but it still isn't giving me the codes. Read info seems to work fine other than it telling me it's the wrong model number. It's an SGH-A847m, the software is saying SGH-A847, I've tried it both ways. Any suggestions?

To connect SGH-A847M phone you have to perform the following
steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Type *#782872#.
3. Press confirm button.
4. Type *#7465625# and leave appeared message on phone screen.
5. Connect USB cable and select Diagnostics COM port.
6. Press "Read Info" in software.

Please upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations to any file-sharing service and post here download link. We will check what causes the problem.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
