Do You have these phones in hands? Are they locked? Do they request unlocking codes when You insert SIM/USIM card?

yes. problem phones not display or req any code when open and inserted any sim..

So, what is signed in phone's screen when You insert SIM card ("Unsupported SIM card" or something like this...)?

phone turn on normally.

no any pop up for sim require unlock.

in settings unknown simcard..

yes sir.

in top of signal theres a display which is showing R or roaming i think.

phone status can send message.
but if theres someone txting or reply in message theres no name appear or numbers..

all incoming text are in one folder..

i think phone is working via roaming only.

Currently we haven't got these phones with such issue to research the problem, so we can't say You how to fix it...
