Hello.

Try to write QCN from the Support Area, restart the phone, wait 2-5 minutes and try to select Network manually.

Check, whether IMEI of Certificate file, which You wrote, is not in "black" list of network provider.
If IMEI is "Ok" - read out QCN of correctly working SM-A500F and write it into your phone. Otherwise, try to find and write another Cert file.

After writing a QCN file from correctly working phone there should not be any problems with network.

Try to do the next:
1. Write first Security backup back into the phone.
2. Reflash the phone.
3. Perform "Read QCN" operation.
4. Perform "Wipe Security" operation.
5. Perform "Write Cert" operation.
6. Write QCN backup created on step 3 back into the phone/Write QCN backup from another, correctly working SM-A500F, restart the phone, wait 2-5 minutes and try to select network manually. (optional).

Post here full Software log of all performed operations.
