hello support ....
i try to use ocotplus to reset FRP it's upload boot.img but my phone is going in loop mode
so is there any way to fix the phone and bypass the FRP lock without losing my data ( tha data is sensitive i need them )

Hello.

If phone stuck in boot loop after writing of boot.img - it is not compatible with current firmware of the phone. You can try to write older by release date firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP" operation.

Also You can try to manually write boot.img of compatible combination firmware, then perform "Reset FRP" operation, but press "No" when Software will ask You whether to write boot.img.

If phone has FRP lock triggered, then most likely it was Factory Reset and there's already no data in it.
