hi have a samsung sm-g355m and i cant unlock it,i need help i hace try everything that see here change frimware and enter code 8 cero when i press unlock y restart it phone questoin code help pls !!!

Hello.

Try to do the next:

1. Fully charge phone's battery.
2. Install the latest Software version (Software).
3. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone.
4. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
5. Re-flash the phone with another firmware.
6. Make Unlock.
7. Re-start the phone.
8. Insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.
9. Post here full Software log (or send us to PM) with all of your actions and write the result.

i did everything that you said but it cant help i still have the same problem phone ask code de unluck !!! i work with it and i need this solucion pls !!!
