5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.

If phone doesn't boot into normal mode after writing of Combination firmware, or its boot.img - it is not compatible with current firmware of the phone. You should try to use different combination firmware.

Goto "Menu->Settings->Backup and reset" and make "Factory data reset"

I tried solution
1.to make factory reset from menu,but Frp is still ON
2.I flash comb file from support i and i DID NOT make hard reset and i flash stock file(only PDA),phone boot normaly,but ADB is not activated
3.Comb file and I flash stock firmware 4 files ,phone boot normaly but ADB is not activated

If You wrote fill Combination firmware there's no need to make "Reset FRP".

Here are two methods, of how to reset FPR using Combination firmware (to enable ADB):
I.

1. Write "boot.img" partition from appropriate Combination firmware via "Advanced mode" option (select Combination firmware, un-check all partitions except "boot.img").
   
2. Perform "Reset FRP" operation in Software.

II.

1. Write Full Combination Firmware.
   
2. Go to "Developer Options" in phone Settings.
   
3. Check "Enable OEM unlock" option.
   
4. Make Factory Data Reset.
   
5. Reflash the phone with full stock (orignal) firmware.

Note: "boot.img" of Combination firmwares can be not compatible with current phone's firmware. In such case phone will stuck on logo, or will be rebooting after writing of such boot. In this case to restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares (or try to write only boot of such firmwares).
You can write "boot.img", Combination firmware or to downgrade phone's firmware version only on your own risk!

These methods should be used separately. You can't combine steps from both.

If You were able to make Factory Reset from phone Settings after the operation - FRP lock should be gone. Please repeat "Reset FRP" operation and carefully follow all of the Software prompts.

I do not know if we understand each other.
Only when i can to make factory reset,is when i put combin firmware in the phone.In that case box do the FRP reset,i make the factory reset from the menu.When i flash with stock firmware(i tryed 10 different)FRP is always ON
