same problem. I think it is a bug of the new software versions octoplus.
Try changing firmware, once I solved the case, but now I'm stuck on this situation.

Hello.

Try to make "Reset MSL" instead of "Wipe Security", then perform "Write Cert" operation.
Post here results and full Software log of performed operations.
