Hello.

As You can see from Software log, your phone has one of the latest firmwares:

In firmwares for Qualcomm-based phones, released after 01.10.2015 ability to Unlock such devices by supported method was disabled by Samsung (Security hole was closed). To unlock this phone You can try to downgrade firmware version (write older, by release date, firmware) or write only older modem and then repeat "Unlock" operation.

Note: downgrading of phone firmware can damage your device. You can try to do this only on your own risk.

PLS HELP

Just downgrade to any 5.1.1 make hard reset and fast unlock.
Then upgrade again if you want.
Downgrade is safety

after write modem

same problem

which modem u write. u should right 5.1.1 for unlock.

then reflash pk3 modem for the phone to get the baseband back in normal

search & find 5.1.1 modem md5 file
and delete the .md5 extension
and extract the tar file wz 7zip
extract modem only and flash it with odin in cp tab
direct unlock it wii be successful
am not in office i can't share the file ..

To unlock flash the phone with 5.1.1 OL1

Make hard reset
Fast unlock and upgrade again only if you want 6.0.1

If you dont want to downgrade the hole firmware just downgrade modem to OL1
