Samsung SM-G900W8: Can't wipe secuirty [Solved]

Hi, im sure this has been posted a bunch of times but i can't seem to wipe the security on a SM-G900W8 no matter what I do. Ive tried clearing cache and retrying at least 50 times, tried factory resetting, tried, writing new firmware. It just won't wipe out the IMEI. A lot of times Octopus software will also crash while im trying to wipe security also. What can i do? Im running the latest 1.90 for octopus software and the phone is on firmware 4.4.2. Please help!
