hello, have you tried to see the service mode * # 0011 # from the phone keypad to see the status of the imei code and the baseband of the phone in what condition and the imei status if ok or ng? and the modem part if it is not unknown ?

In case you have not tried to write other cert to see if the code is correct and not unknown

Post the results of the software logs to see the operation you did

Have you tried to write another cert with IMEI, it could be that you have written a cert with the IMEI code in the blacklist and for that the network does not work

If you wrote that certificate you posted see that the Imei is

Blacklist status*: BLACKLISTED

If IMEI status: OK The network works and also works the call?

Try to use different SIM cards. Also check phone's HW, this can be HW problem.
