Hi, I have got a Samsung SM G928F for FPR remove after successfully done phone still has FPR
need help pls

Hello.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

Try to write "SBOOT_G928F_OJ5" Sboot file from the Support Area as a firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.
