I tried write cert and that didn't work and I tried to do a repair security / wipe security and that didn't work either.. I also tried to write QCN and that doesn't work.. Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.9.7 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To connect SM-N900A phone you have to perform the following steps: 1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device. 3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options. 4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options. 5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 6. Go to dial window. 7. Enter "*#0808#" number. 8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB". 9. Press Home button. 10. Go to dial window. 11. Enter "*#9090#" number. 12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value. 13. Restart phone. 14. Press "Read Info" in software. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Platform: Samsung Android Selected port: COM101 Selected model: SM-N900A Reading info... Phone was not found on the selected port! Member: 2273678 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 293 | No I believe the QCN doesn't affect that, I've tried that with other devices it doesn't affect it. I believe the phone has a damaged EFS OR it has a damaged Baseband. You may want to reflash the phone to stock rom, you can find the file in the support section. |

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Write Cert". It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged. If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip). | |

We can't say which firmware exactly will help for your particular phone. If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip). |
