i have a sph L720 to unlock with android 4.3 , is it supported to unlock without downgrade , and root file in support Root_SPH-L720.oct 24.19 Mb 2013-06-14

will work for 4.3 ??????

I don't know what the first poster is actually asking for, but to your question: NO...not for US, but only for International.

"Unlock" and "Repair IMIE" operations were tested on Android 4.2 firmwares and currently work only for MDL and MDC baseband versions. Please look here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/9814190-post37.html.

SPH-L720*. Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI solutions work only for MDL and MDC baseband versions.

"Unlock" and "Repair IMIE" operations for firmwares with 4.3 Android version are currently not supported. We will try to add support in future updates.
