Have You tried to enter 00000000 code?

same here itried to enter the 00000000 but unsuccessfull....any slutin for this....

@lance new: please do the next:
1. Install latest Software version.
2. Repeat "Unlock" operation.
3. Close the Software and upload latest *.log and *.logx files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
4. Post here (or send us in PM) download link, we will check where can be the problem.
