There is new security type in your device. Please re-flash the phone with any firmware from the Support Area and then perform "Unlock" or "Read codes" operation once again.

some phone cant downgrade cause is the super new security from japen,
when enter download mode if u see "Secureboot: enable" your device is the newest security no way to unlock this moment

Currently we have only these firmwares, which are present on the Support Area. You can try to downgrade firmware version in your phone and try to perform "Unlock" operation once again. But note, there exists some risk to damage phone's boot loaders, if there is secure boot in your device; so, do this for your own risk.
