Anycall Samsung SCH-W860 Hangs In logo

Wrote Firmware 2 times By Octopus but now Phone Loading & loops in samsung Logo
How to Solve this Issue ?
Please Help !

Hello.
There can be a few reasons of this problem:
1. HW problem.
2. Phone has damaged FS.

IF phone's FS is damaged, You need to write firmware, that can re-build phone's FS (firmware with Preload). Unfortunately, we have no such firmware.
