hello i try to unlock a S4 Active and when i try to un lock it lost the imei.

is 4.4.2 andorid, how i can root it?
How i can repair de imei?

Octopus can unlock this phone?

To root the device, try to use the latest versions of VRoot and Kingo Root Softwares. Also try to use TowelRoot. Currently we have no other rooting Software/exploit for this device.

As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Re-flash the phone with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct), connect the device correctly and make Repair IMEI.

Most likely this problem is caused by attempt to downgrade firmware version. Try to re-flash the phone with 4.4.2 firmware.

Hello i reflash whit 4.4.2 donwloaded from support, and root.

In the steps to conect i can do the *#0808# but qhen punt *#9090# have a screen whit ServiceMode but dont show any option, i press menu and Back but dont show nothing.

When i try to conecct have this log:

As You can see from your Software log, You have not connected the device correctly. Phone's info should be read out fully and correctly, not as in the log:

Try to select another COM port manually. Also, to connect SGH-I537, You have to perform the following steps:

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

And only then (when phone's info will be read out fully and correctly), make Repair IMEI.
