Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, re-start the phone. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USN port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important. 3. Root the phone, try to use another rooting Software/exploit. 4. Repeat the Unlock operation. 5. Post here full Software log. Try to perform the operation on another PC. |
