Make sure usb debugging is on.......Go to*Settings->Develop Option*on it and enable*USB Debugging Ensure that the USB connection type is*not*set to "Internet pass-through". Otherwise you won't be able to debug your device. For simplicity, you can set it to "Charge only"

Bro,

USB debugging already on.
phone detect UART cable after complete backup , phone does not detect again.

To check, whether USB Debugging Mode is turned on, please read phone's info (press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software) and post here Software log with this info.
