Hello guys.

I have a metropcs Mega and after a "successful unlock", the phone only works for tmobile or metro, when I put the Net10 sim card, I get 4g lte and text but can't receive or make phone calls, the phonecall never connects.

I already updated the phone to the new baseband amk7, the previous one ended in j5 but it didnt work either.

I already changed the Sim card, and tried different att MVNOs.

The phone is in 4.2.2 with amk7 baseband, IMEI is correct.

Hi i´m having the same issue with a Samsung mega metro pca 4.2.2 mk7 baseband did you solved the issue. unlock sucessfully with Z3X box but when i put any other sim card i get signal but keeps telling me that sim is not regiter i repair the imei and nothing helps i try other sim carries and it make calls but doesn´t go thru any help will be appreciate.

Hello.

Try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version.
2. Take out SIM and SD cards from the phone.
3. Perform the Unlock operation.
4. Post here the result.

Also, try to find different firmwares for this device and write them. Unfortunately, currently we have no firmwares for this device. We will try to find and upload firmwares into the Support Area.
