box can not read phone.

i did *#9090# but no "USB" option.

phone is rooted, debugging is on.

first time i linked it up it read the phone and said "emergency use only"

using UART cable and SAM3303K. neither one working. not reading phone

"USB Debugging" Mode was not turned on in your device. Please disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, turn on "USB Debugging" Mode and repeat the operation again.

Press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software to look, whether "USB Debugging" Mode is turned on and post here Software log with read phone's info.

USB debugging IS turned on sir. I know what the reading states. Which user are you on SKYPE. there are three with same name

downgrade complete. now i am getting message "system software not authorized by samsung has been found on your phone" and it is continually rebooting

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.5.0

To connect SGH-M919 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Close window.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Please turn off and on "USB Debugging" Mode, read phone's info (press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in Software) and post here Software log with this info.
