your base band unknown it mean your mobile modem part demage

try first re flash your mobile with good firmware than repair imei

means, that phone's modem part is damaged. This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged, EFS is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem. Re-flash the phone with different firmwares and after writing each firmware check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform the "Repair IMEI" operation.No other solution.

Try to find and write more firmwares. If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, SW version still remains unknown - most likely, this is HW issue (problem with phone's flash chip). And if this is HW problem, Jtag tool will not help to solve it.

It is always possible to reflash the phone (to change the firmware), unless it is not downgrading. Downgrading is not always possible and can damage the phone - can be performed only on your own risk.
